Michele is a transformational health and life coach, speaker, and the author of Journey Beyond the Plate, 7 Clear Lifestyle Practices™ to Sustained Weight Loss. She is known for her passion, authenticity, heart-centered approach, and commitment to excellence.
Michele is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Elite Universities Breakthrough Coaching Certification Program. She’s also a Certified Training Facilitator with Development Dimension International and an advocate with the American Diabetes Association.
Michele founded Make Healthy Fit after conquering major health issues. She shed 115 pounds, reversed her insulin resistance, and became free of medications for high blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol.
Shortly after renewing her health, Michele fell into grief and pain from emotional trauma. Her faith became her lifeguard. She dove into Spiritual Psychology education and gained additional wisdom and strategies for helping others mind, body, and soul.
Prior to becoming a coach, Michele served as a Healthcare Quality & Patient Safety Leader, Judge for the State of Delaware Quality Award for Business, and the President of the Delaware Association of Healthcare Quality.
She received an award by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition for her book, Journey Beyond the Plate. The National Association of Professional Women honored Michele as an inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle.

Michele is a proud single mom and free-spirit who loves music, dancing, cooking, nature walks, the beach, reading, and writing.
